Should you walk past 33 Greenwich St. in the West Village, you will pass by a set of epic solid oak doors we built for a wonderful new restaurant also called 33 Greenwich. The decor of the restaurant is a fun eclectic mix of mostly mid century design (designed by Kelly and Zachary from Kizmet) and the doors reflect that feeling. We also built the matching door frame and side lights. If properly cared for, these doors can last as long as the building. Interestingly, the doors had to go through an approval process with New York City Landmarks commission. If you step inside, you can also spot a long banquette designed and made by Geoff Howell Studio.
